Products

While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. Items that are backordered will be indicated in your confirmation.

We are a specialty company and make limited quantities of our apparel and accessories. Not all items that sell out will be re-stocked. If we are expecting to re-stock the item we will show an "expected shipping date" on the order confirmation.

If your order contains only one pre-order item, we'll deliver it on the estimated delivery date stated in the pre-order item's description.

If your order contains two or more pre-order items, we'll deliver them on the later of the estimated delivery dates stated in the pre-order item's description

For your convenience, we offers an Order Inquiry feature. Once you have logged in under "My Account", select the Order Inquiry link from the menu and you will be able to review and track delivery on orders you made.

Before the product is shipped or produced, you can contact to cancel or modify your order.

Payments

If your order payment fails, it may be due to the following reasons:

CVV/CVC Code: The CVV/CVC code is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card.

Please note that an incorrect CVV/CVC code may cause your payment to fail. Please confirm that you have entered the correct credit card security code and try again.

Insufficient Funds: If you receive an "Insufficient Funds" error when paying with your credit card, please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to proceed.

Exceeding your credit card limit: Please ensure that the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit.

Verification Failure: If your order is canceled for security reasons, your payment will not be sent to us. In this case, some banks will hold the funds for up to 7 business days before returning them to the cardholder. If you have any questions about this, please contact your bank or card issuer. To proceed with your order, please use another payment method.

If you have paid but your order status is unpaid, please contact us and provide the transaction ID or PayPal payment receipt for confirmation.

The "charges" that appear on your card account are pre-authorization holds. These aren't actual charges; however, your card issuer may be temporarily holding these funds. Your card may have been declined for the following reasons:

The billing address you entered doesn't exactly match the billing address on file with your card issuer.

Your card issuer declined the transaction due to insufficient funds or other reasons.

If you receive an error message matching any of these reasons, please contact your card issuer to remove any pending holds. We have no control over the release time of authorized funds, especially for debit card transactions.

If you have a coupon or discount code, you can use it during the first step of the checkout process.

Returns

We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Before you return your item, you must contact our Customer Service team to obtain the return address. You must return all original packaging, instructions/documents, and packaging materials, as well as gifts (if any), along with the item being returned. To complete your return, we will also require your receipt or proof of purchase.
